Learn how to get the most out of Kyorimemo.
1 Recording Mileage
Enter start & end odometer values
On the "Input" tab, enter the odometer reading before and after your trip. The driving distance is calculated automatically.
Current location
Tap the "Get Location" button to automatically capture your current address and attach it to the record. You'll need to grant location access in your device settings.
Notes
Optionally add a note to each record. Useful for recording the destination or purpose of the trip.
Save
Tap "Save" to store the record on your device. A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen.
2 Viewing Records
Tap the "Records" tab at the bottom to view all your driving records in chronological order.
Vehicle filter
If you have multiple vehicles registered, use the filter at the top of the list to show records for a specific vehicle.
3 Editing Records
Tap a record in the list to open the edit screen. You can modify the distance, notes, date, and other details, then tap "Save".
Deleting a record
Swipe a record to the left to reveal the delete button. Deleted records cannot be recovered.
4 Managing Vehicles
Tap the pencil icon at the top-left of the "Input" tab to open the edit screen for the currently displayed vehicle.
- Change the vehicle name
- Change the license plate
- Change the display color
- Hide the vehicle (records are preserved)
- Delete the vehicle (all associated records will also be deleted)
5 Backup & Device Sync
Your data is stored on your device.
iOS: iCloud Sync
Open the iOS Settings app, go to "Apple ID" > "iCloud" > "Kyorimemo" and turn it ON. Your data will automatically sync across devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
Android
Cloud sync is not currently available on Android. We recommend backing up important records using CSV Export (Pro).
Important
If data sync is disabled, your data is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app will also delete all data. We recommend enabling sync or using CSV Export (Pro) to back up important records.

Upgrade to Pro to unlock all features.
How to upgrade
Tap the "Upgrade to Pro" button in the app, or use the upgrade screen that appears when adding a vehicle. The subscription is billed monthly through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Multiple vehicles
The free plan supports 1 vehicle. Pro lets you register unlimited vehicles. Manage personal cars, company vehicles, motorcycles, and more. Swipe left or right on the input screen to switch vehicles.
Calendar view
The "Calendar" tab lets you view records by date in a calendar format. Days with records show colored dots for each vehicle. You can also tap a date to add a record for a past day.
CSV Export
Export your records as a CSV file. Use the exported file for:
- Opening in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and charts
- Viewing as plain text
- Sharing via AirDrop, email, or other methods
- Attaching to expense reports or business logs
Managing your subscription
You can cancel or review your subscription from:
- iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
? FAQ
Can I change the distance unit?
Yes. You can switch between km and mi (miles) in the app's Settings.
I accidentally deleted a record
Deleted records cannot be recovered. If iCloud is enabled, data may still exist on another device. We recommend regularly backing up important data with CSV Export (Pro).
Can I transfer data when switching devices?
iOS: If iCloud is enabled, your data automatically syncs to any device signed in with the same Apple ID. If iCloud is disabled, data can be restored from an iOS backup.
Android: Cloud sync is not currently supported. Use CSV Export (Pro) to back up your data and transfer it to your new device.
What devices are supported?
iPhone with iOS 17 or later, and Android devices with Android 8.0 or later.
Do I need to create an account?
No. No account registration or login is required. Just download and start using it right away.
