1. Introduction

UNVELL Inc. ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information the "Kyorimemo" app (iOS and Android, the "App") collects and how it is used.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 User-entered information

The App stores the following information on your device based on your input:

Vehicle information (name, license plate, display color)
Trip records (date, odometer values, distance, notes, location)

This information is stored on your device. On iOS, if iCloud sync is enabled, data is also stored in your iCloud account but is never sent to our servers.

2.2 Location information

The App may access your device's location, only with your permission, to record your current address with each trip entry. Location data is stored on your device (and on iCloud if sync is enabled on iOS) and is never sent to our servers. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.

2.3 Purchase information

Pro plan subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store any payment information (credit card numbers, etc.). Purchase-related information is managed under the respective platform's privacy policy.

2.4 Data Sync (iOS)

The iOS version of the App provides data sync via Apple's iCloud service. When iCloud sync is enabled, trip records and vehicle information are stored in your iCloud account and synced across devices signed in with the same Apple ID. iCloud data is managed by Apple Inc. and we do not access your iCloud data. You can enable or disable iCloud sync at any time in iOS Settings. Cloud sync is not currently available on Android.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide the App's functionality (recording, viewing, exporting, and syncing mileage data)
To verify subscription status

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

5. Data Storage and Deletion

Your data is stored on your device. On iOS, if iCloud sync is enabled, data is also stored in the iCloud storage associated with your Apple ID and automatically synced across devices. iCloud data is managed under Apple Inc.'s privacy policy.

If data sync is disabled (including on Android), uninstalling the App will delete all data on your device. We do not maintain any backups of your data on our servers.

6. Analytics & Advertising

The App does not use any third-party analytics tools or advertising SDKs.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
